Mikalov Hello again David, the last time we spoke you said that my order would be shipped by Sunday. It is now midday Monday and I have yet to receive an email with the shipment confirmation and my order status on this website still lists my order as In Production. It's been a little over two weeks now and I have had to get creative with representing monsters in my first DND session (I bought a few of your skeleton tokens at my local game shop Red Raccoon). I understand the difficulty in operating a business as individuals but I would appreciate at least reliable updates on the status of my order. Depending on how well these tokens go over in my campaign I am planning on ordering more in the future although next time I will definitely try to order sooner, as I prefer to have my exact monsters when playing. Sorry if this came off as rude. I do appreciate the quality of these tokens and want to further support small businesses such as this but it can be frustrating not having a good sense of progress on an order. #6

David Yes I will as going to contact you about this yesterday. Communicating through email is much easier. Please use the portal. We ran into a snag and will hopefully send them out Wednesday. I understand your frustration and we’ll send some extra tokens along with your order. #7
