5f193dc3-0140-41e2-88c1-7fc60c23b8d0 I made an order on October 13th and have been waiting for any sort of update on it. I was under the impression that it would only take 2 weeks, but it's been a month at this point and I haven't even gotten a shipping confirmation. I sent a message through the Contact page, but that was several days ago at this point as well and still haven't gotten a response. I'm hoping maybe someone will respond if I post here on the forum. #1

David Hello we're very sorry about the delay! We did send an email out two weeks ago explaining the delay (spam folder?) but I'll explain here as well. We had two different equipment malfunctions around the same time. Both issues are now fixed. Orders have started going out again. Everyone will get 5-20+ dollars worth of extra tokens because of the delay. You will have your tokens sometime this week and they look great! =) Again, we're super sorry about this and we're good to go now for many months to come. -David, Founder of Game Mash. #2

I ran some games at an event this weekend and had been really hoping to have had the tokens, so I was a bit upset. You guys had sent out emails though, I just never saw them in the Spam folder. #3
