Gerdalti Hey David, Your "contact us" form doesn't actually seem to be sending emails for me (maybe others too?). I'm trying to get a status on my order (Order # A6358A41-1888-4BCD-BEEC-8DBFDC8516EF). Status says "Shipped", but it's said that on and off over the last month or so. Placed March 6, art was completed late May or early June. Any chance on getting an update on that? Thanks! Jay #1

David Sorry about that. We are waiting on a reprint of your priestess. We went ahead and shipped and added $15+ worth of extra "second" tokens for your hassle. One of the seconds is actually a priestess on a grass background. We will get the priestess on white background to you ASAP. Sorry about that. -David #2

YayYoh Piggy backing on this, I don't think your "contact us" via the auto generated email works as I have never recieved a response. I just wanted to check on the status of my order since it has says shipped for a few days but I have not received an email or the tracking number. Thanks in advance #4

David I have applied a $5.00 credit to your account which you can use for more tokens on your next order. Your order will ship tomorrow Tuesday the 17th. We just finished the reprints today. The way the system works I go ahead and mark all orders from a batch as shipped even if one requires a reprint. I do this to save time because the reprint only takes a couple days and most people don't even notice. When I have more time to work on the site I will update the site to provide better messaging. My apologies for any confusion! You're not the only person this has happened to and I assure you messaging will get improved ASAP. Also, I just fixed the contact us form and tested it.
