I finally received my order yesterday, but...
It was about a month after the originally scheduled shipping date. It was after two email inquiries with no real information on the reason behind the delay. Each of those emails had new shipping estimates. Both were broken. I was never given an accurate estimate.
This was compounded by the fact that the Order Status system means nothing. I was never given an overview of how many different statuses there were, and even now after it arrived it still says "Quality Control..." so clearly there is a lot wrong with this system.
It would be fine if you had told me from the beginning it would take six weeks (rather than two). It would even have been okay if that estimate had been accurate and you had told me what had happened and given me a realistic time estimate on the delay the first time. But this...really frustrated me. Your product is good. But if you do not honestly and openly communicate with customers, there is a problem.
One other note-my order was large and had a wide variety of designs. Although they are each bagged separately, it would have been useful if those bags had been labelled. Since the included inventory sheet does not include images, I now have to browse back through your store, hope none of the designs were discontinued, and match them all up with what they are.
