David Thanks for the feedback. We're thrilled to hear you like them! I really like that you can just draw an X or whatever on them to show their condition. Adds a new level of detail to our games. For instance you now know that the spot where a monster died, etc. #2

Friend_Computer Ok! I've finally had a chance to play around with the tokens. The magnetic surface "sticks" pretty well to my Chessex mat and the gaming table. Additionally with the added bonus of a low profile, they didn't get knocked around as much as minis. Marks made with red, green, and black Expo dry-erase markers wiped off clean. Just a heads up my black vis-a-vis markers left a bit of faint staining but I was able to get it off with some all-purpose cleaner and a bit of scrubbing with a paper towel. #3

David Yes I've noticed some brands of markers require the cleaner to wipe completely clean. I personally use a plexi most of the time and they stick well to that too. After using the tokens I don't even like to use miniatures but I still like to paint them. :) the low profile and the ability to slide them around the board have spoiled me. #4

guachi Finally got around to ordering after being a kickstarter backer. I'm glad I picked the highest reward level. Ordered dozens of figures to use in the old B10 Night's Dark Terror module. I found either the correct monster, a good likeness for NPCs, or a suitable enough substitute for monsters that weren't available. The tokens arrived and they are better than I expected. The packaging is top notch. Each figure type in its own resealable plastic bag. If you order multiples of one type, they are all neatly stacked with the final token flipped over so you can see the number. Nicely done. The figures have a wonderful tactile feel both on the image side and the felt side. 1/4 the price of a miniature and I like them more. The only possible negative is owning so many you can't keep track of them all. The ability to order various sizes is a huge plus. It allows a monster that's kinda close but of a different size to substitute. E.g., I needed a huge tentacled creature and used a roper on a 2" base as a substitute. Second order is on its way for the Out of the Abyss module. Great stuff. #7

8fa2a81b-ce8a-4374-8906-125056b45afb I finally received my order yesterday, but... It was about a month after the originally scheduled shipping date. It was after two email inquiries with no real information on the reason behind the delay. Each of those emails had new shipping estimates. Both were broken. I was never given an accurate estimate. This was compounded by the fact that the Order Status system means nothing. I was never given an overview of how many different statuses there were, and even now after it arrived it still says "Quality Control..." so clearly there is a lot wrong with this system. It would be fine if you had told me from the beginning it would take six weeks (rather than two). It would even have been okay if that estimate had been accurate and you had told me what had happened and given me a realistic time estimate on the delay the first time. But this...really frustrated me. Your product is good. But if you do not honestly and openly communicate with customers, there is a problem. One other note-my order was large and had a wide variety of designs. Although they are each bagged separately, it would have been useful if those bags had been labelled. Since the included inventory sheet does not include images, I now have to browse back through your store, hope none of the designs were discontinued, and match them all up with what they are. #9

David I understand and thank you for the feedback and your concern is legitimate and I will address each one below. First let me say we're glad you like the tokens. I realize we need to communicate better. We don't communicate a lot right now because it takes a lot of time and time is money and money is something we want to save ourselves and you. We try to handle the communication up front so we don't need to have a lot of back and forth. We have stated clearly in multiple locations that it takes up to 20 *business* days to ship an order and orders placed in December are particularly slow because of the holiday schedule. This is why we asked people to place their orders in November. Also, note, people that waited 2+ years to place their kick-starter orders only after we dropped our prices have to go to the back of the line and will potentially have to wait longer as that isn't fair to our new customers. Many kick-starters flop or don't even honor 2 year old promotions, while, we've made good on every single order placed -- at a loss in some cases. Also, my wife is quality control and we had our new baby Dec 26, 2016 so that caused a bit of a delay. We have hired two part-time people to help us expedite our orders so they are actually going out in 5-7 days now but I'm going to keep the 20 day delivery time to give us some breathing room. I would love to improve the status system, and I will, but it's not as easy as one might think and takes a lot of time. Realize, I custom built this entire site by hand. This isn't a word-press site and no prefabbed site can do what we're doing here. The current status message for your order should say Quality Control / Shipping / Shipped. These three statuses are all basically performed in the same step and it saves time for us not to have to update every order every step of the way -- orders are updated in batches. The confirmation email should say that you will receive an email with the tracking number from the post office when your order ships. We also state that if you need a rush order just let us know and we'll finish it ASAP. In a perfect world we would love to label the hundreds of little bags but then we would need to charge you for it. Most vendors would have just thrown them all into the same bag and let you sort through them. We will never stop printing a design as long as we have loyal customers who need them. Keep in mind that this is a print on demand service. You only get the tokens you want. We're not making you buy random boxes of tokens and we're not making you buy a complete set of junk tokens just to get a few tokens that you need. Thank you again for your feedback -- I promise we will do better in the future. We love our supporters and are very grateful we have the opportunity to serve the greater gaming community -- keep on gaming! #10
